Luxembourg Architecture Award: And the winner is…

The Luxembourg Architecture Award (LAA) 2026, an initiative of Luxembourg’s Ministry of Culture, celebrates the country’s most outstanding architectural projects. The “22·26” building, the headquarters of Dellizotti, won the “Building for Sustainability” award in category M at the Luxembourg Architecture Awards.
An exemplary approach to sustainability
Designed as a low-tech building with an industrial character, the Dellizotti headquarters stands out for its innovative and responsible approach:
• A stable indoor temperature of between 22 and 26°C throughout the year,
- No conventional heating, air conditioning or ventilation systems,
- Intelligent use of thermal mass,
- Natural ventilation and sustainable materials such as clay and straw,
- Modular and demountable architecture designed according to the principles of circular construction.
