Ground-breaking ceremony in Wiltz
On Wednesday, 23 October, the Fonds du Logement held the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a multifunctional building as part of the “Wunne mat der Wooltz” project in the municipality of Wiltz. Present were Claude Meisch, Minister for Housing and Spatial Planning; Carole Weigel, Mayor of Wiltz; Diane Dupont, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Fonds du Logement; and Jacques Vandivinit, Director of the Fonds du Logement.
A multifunctional building in the Geetz district
34 affordable homes planned in Wiltz
Located within the Geetz district, the building will offer a total of 34 affordable apartments, with one to two bedrooms and living areas ranging from 55 to 92 m².
A large-scale project to meet local needs
Ultimately 1,085 homes for 2,500 residents
Once completed, 2,500 residents will live in Wunne mat der Wooltz, spread across 1,085 homes. Learn more about this project by clicking here.
