Progroup and +ImpaKT join Sweco

A strategic alliance for more sustainable, integrated construction
Through its Luxembourg branch, Betic, part of Sweco, has acquired 100% of the shares in PROgroup and +ImpaKT. This strategic move marks a new milestone in Sweco’s growth in Luxembourg and reaffirms its ambition: to become a fully integrated, trusted partner for construction projects focused on people and the environment – from the first ideas to maintenance, and even the redefinition of existing assets.
This alliance unites three complementary areas of expertise:
- Betic, part of Sweco – Technical engineering and advanced engineering
- PROgroup – Project management and operations
- +ImpaKT – Circular economy and sustainability innovation
The goal is clear: to provide a holistic, integrated approach covering the full lifecycle of a project, from needs assessment to operations, through design and delivery. By embedding circular economy principles from the earliest stages, this new set-up aims to transform construction practices in Luxembourg for the long term.
