Sweco Luxembourg joins the Sweco Erasmus programme
Sweco Luxembourg is opening a new chapter by joining Sweco Erasmus, an internal initiative enabling permanent employees to temporarily work in another Sweco entity elsewhere in Europe, either to contribute to a targeted project or to develop a key skill. The objectives: strengthen collaboration, enhance expertise, and promote skill development.
We sat down with Isabelle Snyers, CFO/HR Director, Valérie Kerber, Talent Officer, and Déborah Lepage, Administrative Officer, who are leading this ambitious initiative in Luxembourg.
