Gravity real estate complex in Differdange
The Gravity project consists of five buildings. Its two residential towers – one over 60 metres high – with their elegant architecture create a striking new gateway to the city. For this project, Betic was responsible for all special technical installations, including the electrical package.

Two modern and accessible residential towers
The two residential towers, with 14 and 18 storeys respectively, comprise 80 apartments ranging from two to four bedrooms, with some units reserved for residents over 60. They also include two floors designed for professional offices. All apartments are priced affordably: 28 for sale, 48 for rent (including 8 units adapted for people with reduced mobility), and 4 duplex/triplex units sold at auction.
A mixed-use complex with housing, offices, and retail
Alongside the towers, three smaller buildings have been constructed. These offer five office floors, a shopping gallery of approximately 4,000 m², restaurants, and 125 fully furnished studios with co-living spaces. Within the base of the complex, a nursery with capacity for 80 children and additional office spaces is located. The underground levels provide two floors of parking with a total of 224 spaces – 80 reserved for residents – along with technical rooms and private storage units.

A sustainable and energy-efficient project
The entire complex is classified AAA for energy efficiency. Like a suspended garden, the roof of the retail base is landscaped and serves as a meeting and relaxation area, promoting both community interaction and environmental value. On the roof of the smaller tower, a 40 m² communal rooftop greenhouse is installed, irrigated via a rainwater harvesting system.
Comfort and technology for residents
To ensure maximum comfort, each apartment is fitted with underfloor heating and a controlled ventilation system. The office building’s windows feature motorised external louvre blinds. These are operated locally and automatically based on light and wind conditions, with each façade managed independently. Each residential unit is equipped with an intercom and video entry system, and all apartments have balconies adapted for people with reduced mobility.
A new entrance to the city
The Gravity project aims to create a new city entrance for Differdange, with a long-term urban development vision that seamlessly combines living and working spaces.
