This modern facility upgrades the services provided for the city\u2019s 14 cemeteries.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"639\">The project brings together several workshops \u2013 including carpentry, blacksmithing, and laundry \u2013 as well as a dedicated washing area. Specialised professional equipment has been installed, such as industrial vacuums, high-pressure cleaners, boot washers, workwear drying systems, overhead cranes, a forge, various workshop machines, forklift trucks, key management cabinets, and a paint booth.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"673\"><strong data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"671\">Special building features:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"908\">Energy Performance Certificate Class A, connected to the City of Luxembourg\u2019s district heating network via a 250 kW heat exchanger. The system covers the new building\u2019s heating needs and may, in future, supply the adjacent chapel.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1139\">Two high-efficiency air handling units with heat recovery ensure optimal air quality in the administrative offices, canteen, and washrooms\/locker rooms.
